Principal
As the president of Niroman, Ayda leads business development, marketing, financial planning, policy implementation, and the strategic pursuit of company objectives and funding. In her role as Project Manager, she oversees project execution by developing Project Management Plans, tracking schedules, and ensuring budget and schedule compliance. With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Ayda brings a strong technical foundation and leadership to every project and will be involved with Environmental Engineering Services and QC of engineering documents.
SAEED JAVIDI, PE, SE
Technical Engineer
As a Technical Engineer at Niroman , Saeed leads the structural technical aspects of projects, bringing 20 years of progressive experience in both consulting and construction across bridges, rapid transit systems, and buildings. He specializes in the design, analysis, rehabilitation, and detailing of steel and prestressed bridges, as well as major infrastructure projects such as underground stations and tunnels. Saeed’s expertise extends to condition assessment, load evaluation, renewal option analysis, asset management, fatigue evaluation, and structural health monitoring for various bridge types. Saeed has a degree in Civil Engineering.
