PhD, PE, SE, PMP
As Technical Engineer at Niroman, Saeed leads the structural engineering components of projects, bringing over 20 years of progressive experience in both consulting and construction. His background spans transportation infrastructure, bridges, rapid transit systems, and buildings. Saeed specializes in the design, analysis, rehabilitation, and detailing of steel and prestressed concrete bridges, as well as complex infrastructure such as underground stations and tunnels. His expertise includes condition assessment, load rating, renewal option analysis, asset management, fatigue evaluation, and structural health monitoring for various bridge types.
Saeed holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering with a specialization in Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) systems. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), with a strong track record managing small- to mid-scale projects. Saeed has extensive experience working with public agencies including WSDOT, SDOT, Sound Transit, King County, and multiple municipalities.

As President of Niroman, Ayda leads business development, marketing, financial planning, policy implementation, and the strategic pursuit of the company’s goals.
She holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and brings extensive project management experience, supported by a strong technical foundation.
In her role as Project Manager, Ayda oversees project execution by developing Project Management Plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
Ayda brings a strong technical foundation and leadership to every project and will be involved with Environmental Engineering Services and QC of engineering documents.
