Surface Water Study- (Nebraska River)
Ayda was involved with a field investigation and GIS modeling of a surface water study.

Contamination in Commercial Bottled Water
Ayda conducted advanced data analysis and application of methodologies / techniques to identify whether tap water in a refillable bottle contains significantly lower heterotrophic bacterial growth than commercially available bottled water after 24 hours of incubation at room temperature after inoculation with oral bacteria.

Cypress Cr Bridge
General rehabilitation and seismic retrofit of a concrete bridge in 430 ft length with two 80 ft-height pier tables over Cypress valley.



Burrard Street Bridge, (North approach spans):
Seismic retrofit and deck widening of north approach. The seismic retrofit design was including abutment and pier strengthening, FRP girder shear strengthening, and bearing replacement.


Granville Bridge:
General rehabilitation and seismic retrofit of a 2,600-foot steel truss bridge consisting of seven deck-truss spans. The seismic retrofit included bearing replacement with a base isolation system.

Evergreen Sky Train Rapid Transit Line:
Independent Design Check of all important / special structures (CAT III) . The task included finite element modelling for structural checking, detailing, and response spectrum analyses for seismic checking of different earthquake performance levels

Fraser Heights Bridge (Port Mann Highway 1):
Seismic design of a Steel Girder Bridge in 27 spans with a base isolation system, and conducting non-linear time-history, pushover analysis, and seismic performance-based design.
